How Does My College Expert Work?

College Counseling

Typically this will be the same person throughout the process and they will work closely with your concierge. Professional writers on the team will work with students on their personal statements and essays, which will be coordinated by the concierge, with input from your counselor.

Test Prep

Typically this will be administered by one test prep expert who will create a custom course for your student for each test that they target, based on input from your counselor, concierge and sometimes academic tutors.

Academic Tutoring

Typically this will be completed by subject area experts, as needed, and coordinated by your concierge.

College Concierge

Your dedicated concierge will monitor progress of the overarching plan and coordinate all logistics with white-glove service. Typically, they will be your first and best point of contact.

Our test prep experts will use diagnostic tools and assign practice problems, in addition to working through past practice problems with your student directly. Their test prep course will be tailored to their strengths. All test-taking and time management strategies will be covered and practiced. Your student will work with a master-level test prep expert who has helped students raise scores by 200–400+ SAT points or 6–10+ ACT points.
